From Quote to Installation: How We Deliver Your Dumbwaiter
Every project starts with the same three questions: what has to move, between which floors, and how often? The path from first enquiry to a running lift on site is straightforward — this is how we work with restaurants, hotels, hospitals, homes and distributors.
1. Share Your Requirements
Tell us the load in kilograms, the number of floors and stops, the shaft or wall-opening size if you have it, and your local voltage and frequency. A photo or hand sketch of the space is usually enough to begin. We reply with the recommended car size, capacity and a budget price, normally within one working day.
2. Drawings & Confirmation
We prepare a dimensioned drawing of the shaft, landings and door openings for your contractor to build to. Nothing is cut, cast or built until you approve that drawing, which keeps site work and production moving together instead of one waiting on the other.
3. Production & Load Testing
Your unit is fabricated, assembled and wired at our Wujiang factory. Before it leaves the line it is load-tested and run through a full control cycle, and we can send photos or a short video of your own lift running at that stage.
4. Crating & Shipping
The lift ships in an export crate with its guide rails, control panel and fittings, together with a compliance file your local inspector can review. We quote to your nearest port, and can arrange door delivery where that is simpler for your site.
5. Installation & After-Sales
A local lift contractor can install the unit using our manual and drawings, and our engineers stay available by video call for commissioning questions. Spare parts are held and dispatched directly from the factory, so a repair never has to wait on a dealer network.
6. Markets We Ship To
We export regularly across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, and build motors and controls for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz supplies. Tell us the destination port and we will quote door-to-port or door-to-door options.

A: Consultation → Confirm specifications & quotation → Sign contract → Pay deposit → Production & assembly → Inspection → Pay balance → Packing & delivery → Provide documents & after-sales guidance. Factory site visit is available before contract signing. We support online video inspection and on-site inspection.
A: We offer free CAD shaft installation drawings, and our products comply with EU CE safety standards.
A: Our factory is located in the Yangtze River Delta logistics hub, relying on major export ports including Shanghai and Ningbo. Customers can choose their own logistics company, and we normally ship by sea container. The whole lift is packed in moisture-proof and shock-proof wooden cases. We support FOB, CIF, DDP door-to-door duty-paid logistics terms with stable efficiency and fast delivery.

Meanwhile, we are authorized distributors and agents of branded elevator spare parts. Therefore, we are a factory for complete dumbwaiter lifts, and a trading company for elevator parts.
A: Standard load capacities: 50kg/100kg/200kg/250kg/300kg, customized load is acceptable. Standard 2–6 floors, and we can customize more floors according to building height.
A: 15–25 working days for standard lifts. We support customized 220V/380V voltage for different countries. Spare parts are in stock and can be shipped within 3 working days.
